Cosmos MRO Urethane Red is an air-curing conformal urethane coating that provides insulation for electrical/electronic equipment, effectively sealing out water, moisture, and contaminants. It dries quickly and adheres well, forming a highly flexible and durable film that resists abrasion and contaminants. This tough and flexible coating serves as an insulation and protective layer, penetrating into winding portions and coils to seal out dust and moisture. It is specifically designed as a finishing coat to enhance existing impregnating varnishes, providing class H insulation.

Shake the container at least 1 minutes after you hear the mixing ball. Before the first use spray it in the air for 3-4 seconds to remove any condensed product. After use turn the aerosol upside down and press the actuator for 2-3 seconds to clean the valve. If the nozzle is blocked, replace it with a new one. Use in a well-ventilated area such as an open garage. Optimal application at temperature: 10-25°C and humidity below 65% to ensure proper drying. Storage 05-35°C.

  • Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of grease.
  • Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye/face protection.
  • Always use in an open space in the open air.
  • Spray surface from a distance of 15 cms.
  • After use, invert the can and spray to keep nozzle clear of any residual product.
