Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that our products are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, in the event that you receive the wrong product, or if the item is damaged or defective, we are happy to facilitate an exchange. To initiate the exchange process, please provide a complete unboxing video as proof of the issue, which you can send to us via email at
We require both video and photographic evidence to validate any exchange request. Kindly note that failure to provide the necessary proof may result in the exchange request being declined. Once we receive the returned products within 2 working days, we will process the exchange and ship the new product to you.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Cancellations requested after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility: a. If a cancellation is requested within the specified cancellation period, customers may be eligible for a full refund if the product has not been shipped. b. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request.

3. How to Request a Cancellation: Customers must submit a cancellation request by email. The request should include the order or subscription number and the reason for cancellation.

4. Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the ship date of the product. This will be determined at the sole discretion of Cosmos Lube Technique Pvt. Ltd.

5. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items or services may be non-refundable unless the item is damaged/defective with proof as stated above.

6. Changes to the Cancellation Policy:  Cosmos Lube Technique Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes through the website or other communication channels.
