COSMOS MRO Zinc Galva
Cosmos MRO Zinc Galva is zinc concentrate formulated (99% zinc purity) to protect and prevent rust & weathering which increases the lifespan of the surface. It is free of chlorinated solvents. Cosmos Zinc Galva is non-dripping with great adhesion and has high resistance to atmospheric agents, washing, oxidation of salty fog, seams, pipes and fittings (Solar Panels & AC outdoor units). The weathering aspect equals hot dip galvanization, making Zinc Galva one of the best touch up products for damaged galvanization. It has great temperature resistance; layer coating resistance from -50℃ to +250℃ (Metallic powder resists until 700℃).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake the container at least 3 minutes after you hear the mixing ball. Before the first use spray it in the air for 3-4 seconds to remove any condensed colour. After use turn the aerosol upside down and press the actuator for 2-3 seconds to clean the valve. If the nozzle is blocked, replace it with a new one. Use outdoors or in a well-ventilated area such as an open garage. Optimal application at temperature: 10-25°C and humidity below 65% to ensure proper drying. Storage 05-35°C.
TIPS:
- Ensure the surface is clean, dry and free of grease. Remove loose old lacquer and rust and sand the surface.
- Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye/face protection.
- Always paint in an open space in the open air.
- Always spray with the can in a vertical position, otherwise the paint might 'spit' unevenly.
Spray surface from a distance of 25-30cms. - Paint first vertically and then horizontally.
- Apply Zinc Spray in several thin layers to avoid overapplication. Before each layer, shake the spray can well. Once the spray dries, a primer and a lacquer can be applied.
- After use, clean the Zinc Spray valve (turn the aerosol upside down and press the nozzle for approx. 5 seconds). The drying time depends on ambient temperature, air humidity, and thickness of the lacquer applied.
